Mattress Exchange Policy

  • A 30-night adjustment period is required before any exchange. This allows time for both my body to acclimate and the mattress to perform as intended.

  • A one-time exchange is allowed per household every 12 months, between days 20–100, with a $125 exchange fee (this covers logistics).

  • Exchange must be for the same size mattress.

  • The mattress must be clean, undamaged, and have the law label intact. Do not remove the law tag unless I’m keeping the mattress.

  • Customer is responsible for all return transport arrangements and costs.

  • The following are not eligible for exchange: Floor models, clearance items, PalmPring mattresses, and all custom or RV sizes.


Refund & Return Policy

  • No refunds on:

    • Mattresses

    • Adjustable bases

    • Bed frames, foundations, platforms, or other mattress supports

    • Pillows of any kind

  • Sleep accessories (sheets, protectors, toppers, duvet covers, comforters, etc.) are eligible for return/refund within 7 days of purchase, only if unopened and in original packaging.


Defects & Exchanges

  • Items that are defective or damaged will be determined by manufacturer.

Shipping Returns

  • If an item is approved for return, ship it to the address above.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using trackable shipping and/or insurance for valuable items.

  • Mattress Unboxed is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
